Xync was conceptualized eight years ago by marketing and service professionals from different data and service providers and companies. The collaboration happened through shared experiences, with the desire to improve and make the BPO processes better in terms of service provided to our clients. The overall treatment and atmosphere of the workplace, its employees, and continue innovating for the best practices based on industry standards.

Collectively, our Xync Team packs at least 20 years of marketing experience and provides service to our clients. Our core competencies include Omni-channel lead generation, data curation and upkeep, Account-Based Marketing, appointment setting, business profiling, and inbound leads qualification among others.

Our processes are constantly updated and innovated with collaboration from the team and our clients to better calibrate our processes to their needs. We rely heavily on data backed by research and studies in improving our strategies and developing new ones and we try heavily to stay away from stale and outdated processes.
